I’ll work hard as your Buyer’s agent to represent you in purchasing your next home or investment property. Best of all, there is NO COST TO YOU to have me working on your behalf. My company will be paid a commission from the Seller’s proceeds at the time of closing when the home is purchased.

Once you find a home… or homes… that you like, I can represent you in submitting your offers to the banks or sellers, negotiating the best price, and handle all of the necessary paperwork. Once we get an offer accepted, I will coordinate with you, your mortgage lender (unless you’re paying cash), any home inspections and with the closing agent/title company, to help make sure that your purchase goes smoothly.

Since this is a custom search that I’ll be setting up manually for you, please allow up to 48 hours to receive your initial email with your matching properties. After that, you will continue to be emailed matching properties as they become available for the next 60 days, at which time you have the option to renew your search, or let it expire. At any time, if you are not quite seeing the types of properties that you like, or if you wish to narrow (or expand) your search, I’ll be happy modify your search criteria. Of course, you may also cancel a search and stop receiving properties at any time.

  

Market Snapshot - The “Market Snapshot” is great tool can also be used by both Buyers and Sellers. You can search an area or zip code to see both homes currently for sale, as well as those that have sold in the past 30 days, along with other valuable charts and information such as Community & Schoool Information, “Asking vs Selling prices,” “Time on Market” and more…

 

Home Values - I added this tool primarily for Sellers to give them an idea of what their home is worth. However, it can also be used by Buyers to quickly see what homes have recently sold for near any properties that they are interested in. Simply type in an address and quickly see what nearby homes are selling for. If the values near the property seem to vary widely, then you can get a more accurate value by using the Market Snapshot tool.
